Presenting our fourth annual batch of Murkshake with Strawberries, a Strawberry Fest favorite. This murky triple IPA bursts with aroma and flavor from 2000 pounds of fresh organic strawberries from J.R. Organics. The addition of organic Tahitian vanilla bean morphs this big brew into a delightfully smooth drinker. Expect a creamy mouthfeel shaken up by a pectin punch.

This is the best beer you will ever taste. That beer that will leave a lasting impression and have you craving another a week later. Pours a murky gold and the aroma of fresh strawberries lingers. At first drink you are welcomed by a delicious strawberry smoothie with just enough hop to make you satisfied. You taste none of the 10.5% and drinks like a single. A dangerously good beer. I would drink this all year but only brewed during strawberry season in may. If you can get your hands on some you'll be lucky!

Drove up to Pure Project to pick up some cans. Had this first followed by a flight. Description on Untappd read, “Once again, we’re shaking up our Murky Triple IPA game with this cream-tastic brew that packs a pectin punch. Bursting with aroma and flavor from 600 pounds of whole organic strawberries from JR Organics in Escondido, plus an addition of Madagascar vanilla bean that morphs this gigantic brew into a delightfully smooth drinker. There's a whole lot of goodness in each pour.”
Poured a golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see some slow moving light bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. World-class uneven lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled strawberries, vanilla, strawberry milk, Mosaic and floral. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted better than the smell. Got strawberry, vanilla, strawberry milk, Mosaic, floral, mango and guava. Very smooth for 10.5 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Might have overrated this just a tad, but excellent overall. (Overall - 4.25)
