Collaboration with Green Cheek
This Tiki-inspired creation is packed with some of the most flavorful hops we’ve ever worked with – Sabro Cryo from Yakima in Washington, Motueka from New Zealand’s Freestyle Farms, and Cashmere from Gooding Farms in Idaho – plus a huge burst of organic toasted coconut and coconut milk from Sri Lanka.

Misc.: No canned on date; Split a 4-pack with Sonny
Split this with Sonny and he picked it up for me on a visit earlier in the day. Had been wanting to try this. Have had some real good Green Cheek beers lately and Pure Project is my favorite brewery, so this would be a great combo. Poured a murky golden color with three fingers of rocky white head. Plenty of bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect uneven spiderweb lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled coconut, vanilla, lactose, pine, dish soap, pineapple, tangerine and cedar. For hops, Sabro dominated, followed by Cashmere and Motueka. More Tiki cocktail from the can with coconut, pineapple and the addition of lime and lemon. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted better than the nose. Big booze though. In order got toasted coconut, vanilla, cedar, pineapple, Sabro, lime, lemon, soapy pine, coconut milk, tangerine, caramel candy squares and lingering spice on the lips. For other mentioned hops, Cashmere and then Motueka. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, spicy finish. Lots of hop burn. (Feel - 3.75)
This was outstanding overall. Going to wait a little bit on the last one and see if it develops. (Overall - 4.00)
