Murky IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Southern Cross, & Mosaic Cryo Hops
The fourth member of our Quarterly Core IPA series is a hop-driven tour de force. We blended a trio of New Zealand grown hops to add assertive notes of lemon-lime, mojito, and delicate white wine, along with a hefty addition of Mosaic hops from Loftus Ranches in Washington to deliver finishing accents of ripe apricot. A thoughtfully mixed malt bill delivers a sticky full-bodied mouthfeel, with a hoppy soft bitterness as it finishes.

A: as the name implies, it's murky; pale gold in color; 3+ fingers ivory head that came well over the top of my glass, but held its form; light lacing;
S: floral lemon;
T: follows the nose, but more balanced; mild bitterness at the end;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: different;
