Introducing our latest West Coast Triple IPA, elevated with Nelson, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo hops. The Nelson used here is the same found in recently released Murky Seas, sourced from New Hoplands, the only organic hop farm in New Zealand. Expect a whirlwind of stone fruit, peach, and resinous aromas alongside deep dank flavors in this dangerously drinkable and dry West Coast Triple IPA.

Was psyched to get my hands on this one, thanks to Sonny picking it up for me. Their Facebook description called it, “Introducing our latest West Coast Triple IPA, elevated with Nelson, Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo hops. Expect a whirlwind of stone fruit, peach, and resinous aromas alongside deep dank flavors in this dangerously drinkable and dry West Coast Triple IPA.” Was loving that hop combo with probably four of my top five hops (only missing Sabro). Mosaic, Nelson and Simcoe for sure.
Poured a medium yellow-to-light amber clear color with two fingers of off-white frothy head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. Perfect foamy spiderweb lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled great from the start. Got three of the four mentioned hops practically right away in Mosaic, Nelson and Simcoe. Also mixed berry, stone fruit, peach, papaya, black pepper, pine, floral, resin, hints of bubblegum and maybe some white grape. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.50)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Mosaic, mixed berry, peach, stone fruit, floral, white grape, Nelson, Simcoe, black pepper, onion, hints of garlic, bitter pine, dank resin, papaya, light Citra and some red grapefruit. Pretty damn smooth for 10.5 pct. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 5.00)
Just a world-class West Coast Triple IPA. (Overall - 4.50)
