Collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing

We partnered with our fellow innovators at Bottle Logic Brewing to bring you an ethereal new offering. Space Echos is a murky IPA with hop additions inspired by Einstein's theory of relativity, E = mc2. Enigma from Australia, as well as Mosaic and Citra Cryo from the Pacific Northwest, have traversed their way into this brew. Divine aromas and flavors of strawberry, peach, pineapple, and citrus zest will send your senses out of this world.

Misc.: No canned on date; Got one from Sonny’s 4-pack

Had Sonny pick this up for me. Originally he was going to split a 4-pack with Kevin, but ended up splitting Sonny’s two with him. Online description called for “We partnered with our fellow innovators at Bottle Logic Brewing to bring you an ethereal new offering. Poured a medium pale murky color with three fingers of rocky white head. Could see plenty of bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled Mosaic, strawberry, raspberry, Citra, citrus zest, grapefruit, dank pine, Enigma (after looking up the hop profile), peach and stone fruit. A little better out of the can with Citra leading the way. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got Mosaic, Citra, grapefruit, citrus pulp, mixed berry (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry), pine, pineapple, peach and stone fruit. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.25)

This one grew on me as it went down. Bumped it from outstanding (4.00) to excellent (4.25). (Overall - 4.25)

Appearance: ya, that's a murky ass beer. Mild to minimal head retention. Like hazy/cloudy orange juice

Aroma: orange cream-sickle, lightly hopped, sweet citrus, guava. really enjoying the Aroma, strong but not overbearing

Taste: guava, cream, vanilla, light pineapple, light citra hop notes on the on the back-end

Mouthfeel: Silky, very lightly carbonated

Aftertaste: tropical fruits jump out at the end, banana. Honestly for me, the bright aftertaste is the best tribute of this beer

Overall: If you like Hazys with a creamy tropical taste, then this is a banger. Ive never had anything that I can remember with Enigma hops, but I say good shit Australia. Would definitely recommend this beer to beer lovers and to those like my girlfriend who like hazy beers that dont punch them in the face with bitterness.
