We are bringing you a dream come true: a West Coast triple IPA with a hop bouquet plus rice. Australian Galaxy hops along with Citra, Simcoe, and Horizon hops from the PNW create resinous notes along with flavors of cantaloupe, papaya, and dried apricot. The addition of flaked rice to the mash helps make this hyper-hopped IPA uncharacteristically crisp and dry on the finish. Like its Japanese namesake, Yume drinks like a dream.

Had Sonny grab me a can of this. Their website called it “We are bringing you a dream come true: a West Coast triple IPA with a hop bouquet plus rice. Poured a medium yellow mostly-clear color with two fingers of off-white frothy head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom and sides of the glass. Perfect foamy spiderweb lacing. Perfect retention. A good-looking beer. (Overall - 5.00)

Smelled Galaxy, Simcoe and Citra for hops. Also passion fruit, hints of fruit punch, papaya, peach, apricot, grapefruit, dank pine and melon. (Smell - 4.25)

Taste wasn’t nearly as good as the nose. Something different here. Got dank pine, plum, purple grape, Simcoe, black pepper, Galaxy, passion fruit, peach, melon and earthy date. Was getting all that 10 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Dry, spicy finish. (Feel - 4.00)

This was outstanding overall for a West Coast Triple IPA, but I was hoping for more considering it was Pure Project. (Overall - 4.00)
