We teamed up with J Wakefield—masters of stout and lovers of all things Star Wars—to bring you this long-awaited, in-house imperial stout collaboration. Expect your senses to swoon with aromas of spiced Mexican chocolate from the addition of Indonesian cassia cinnamon. And thanks to the homemade organic caramel, this stout imparts flavors of dulce de leche with a full-bodied, velvety smooth mouthfeel.

Poured a pitch-black color with 1-to-2 fingers of tan frothy head, which stayed above the fray without dissipating. Calm setting underneath the head on the top. Perfect foamy foggy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled chewy caramel, toffee, Caramello candy bar, milk chocolate, cinnamon and brown sugar. About as good from the bottle. (Smell - 4.00)
Wow for the taste. Tasted so much better than the nose. So much caramel. In order got chewy caramel, Caramello candy bar, milk chocolate, toffee, cinnamon, allspice, brown sugar, chocolate syrup and hints of vanilla. Did not taste anywhere near 11.6 pct. ABV. (Taste - 4.25)
Full body. Creamy-to-sticky texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. Was loving that finish. (Feel - 5.00)
Damn. Really thought this was going to be a dud early on with the smell, but really grew on me (including the smell). Underrated this just a bit too. (Overall - 4.25)

This is my second most favorite Imperial stout from PP, but there is another tied for second. Strong cinnamon and caramel flavors are present in this brew. Love it so much I picked up a 2nd bottle before it sells out.
