Collaboration with Equilibrium Brewery
Together with Equilibrium Brewery we introduce Homeostasis. This murky double IPA features a global bouquet of Strata, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere hops. As a result, aromas of strawberry, pineapple and honeysuckle harmonize with flavors of juicy orange and dried mango. Inspired by Equilibrium's ethos to balance drinkability with massive flavor, this creamy and medium-full bodied brew certainly delivers.

Had Sonny grab me a 4-pack of this. Was looking forward to this collab with Equilibrium. Pure Project’s website described it as “Together with Equilibrium Brewery we introduce Homeostasis. Poured a medium yellow-to-light golden murky color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Some slow-moving bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. World-class foamy lacing. Almost perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled strawberry, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, apricot, peach, stone fruit, pine, lemon, lime, melon and white grape. For mentioned hops, I got Cashmere and Riwaka up front, followed by Strata and a little bit of Nelson. Was better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got strawberry, Strata, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange, mango, tangerine, stone fruit, Cashmere, lime, lemon, Riwaka, papaya, pine, melon and a little bit of Nelson (white grape). Pretty smooth for 8.6 pct. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.25)
This was outstanding, but not quite as good as I hoped it would be. (Overall - 4.25)
