Heralding a heavenly new murky IPA, Ethereal Plane. New Zealand Riwaka and Motueka hops join forces with an experimental hop known for its fruity flavors, HBC 586, in this foggy pale-colored creation. Aromas of passion fruit, bright orange, and honey dew levitate from the glass, while flavors of white peach, golden berry, and lychee transport your taste buds to another dimension.

Got a can of this from Kevin. Untappd description was “Heralding a heavenly new murky IPA, Ethereal Plane. Poured a light golden hazy color with four fingers of rocky white head. Could see plenty of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Excellent foamy retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled HBC 586, passion fruit, guava, mango, Riwaka, Motueka, grapefruit, melon, citrus, lime and Sprite soda. Even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about the same as the nose. In order got HBC 586, guava, mango, peach, mandarin orange, passion fruit, Riwaka, Mouteka, grapefruit, lime, Sprite, citrus, melon and lime sorbet. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
This was outstanding overall. Kept wanting to bump a few of the categories but happy with where it finished. Really nice. (Overall - 4.00)

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, grapefruit citrus, and hint of citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly thin, hoppy and citrus bitter finish. This is pretty good and proper haze...nothing knocks your socks off, but it is refreshing and an easy drinker.
