Symmetry, our new murky IPA featuring Mosaic hops and fresh, 2022 New Zealand-grown Motueka and Southern Cross hops, has been brewed up for your Pure enjoyment. Emitting a fruitful aromatic bouquet of peach, sweet orange, and mango, its bright aromas give way to mouthwatering flavors of pineapple upside down cake, lychee, and mango sorbet. Symmetry is a perfect example of what comes to be when yeast, malt, hops, and water work together in equilibrium: a refreshing, well-balanced brew.

Got this one from Sonny. Pure Project’s website called this “Symmetry, our new murky IPA featuring Mosaic hops and fresh, 2022 New Zealand-grown Motueka and Southern Cross hops, has been brewed up for your Pure enjoyment. Emitting a fruitful aromatic bouquet of peach, sweet orange, and mango, its bright aromas give way to mouthwatering flavors of pineapple upside down cake, lychee, and mango sorbet. Poured a light golden hazy color with five fingers of rocky white head. Could see lots of fast-moving bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Almost perfect foamy spiderweb lacing. Perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Mosaic, Juicy Fruit, mixed berry, rose blossom, floral, mango, Motueka, tropical fruit, pineapple, orange, peach, coconut, pear, hints of banana and citrus zest. Even better out of the can with the addition of grapefruit and dank pine. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Mosaic, Juicy Fruit, mixed berry, rose blossom, floral, mango, dank pine, Motueka, tropical fruit, pineapple, orange, peach, light coconut, pear, grapefruit rind, hints of banana and citrus zest. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, dank finish. (Feel - 4.25)
A really nice hazy IPA. Outstanding overall. (Overall - 4.25)
