Bold and radiant, La Luna is a juicy, creamy, flavorful force of nature. This new murky triple IPA started with an astronomical amount of fresh Citra hops from Oasis Farms and—to accentuate Citra’s delectable flavors—we added in some New Zealand-grown Southern Cross and Waimea hops. Aromas of Hawaiian papaya and candied strawberry rise through its murky pale color, while flavors of overripe pineapple, vanilla-orange bark, and nectarine gravitate towards the tastebuds. Enjoy La Luna under the luminous glow of the moonlight, or whenever the time feels right.

Poured a light golden hazy color with two fingers of frothy white head. Could see lots of bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass at different speeds. Perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Perfect foamy retention. (Sight - 5.00)
Smelled Waimea, papaya, passion fruit, orange, guava, Citra, pineapple, apricot, peach, nectarine, tangerine, melon and grass. Just as good out of the can with the addition of orange creamsicle and floral. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted even better than the nose. Some interesting flavors going on here and super smooth for 10.1 pct. ABV. Got Waimea, coconut, papaya, pineapple, orange creamsicle, guava, strawberry, passion fruit, orange blossom, floral, Citra, apricot, peach, tangerine, Tang and nectarine. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Damn. This was a really nice beer. Glad I got to try it. Excellent. (Overall - 4.50)
