Introducing the latest fruited expression of Roes Red, our cherished oak barrel-aged Flanders-style red ale. Infused with second-use organic cherries and raspberries that were first used in our 2025 batch of Euphorik, this lively variation bursts with notes of tart cherry, lemon, ripe raspberry, and a bit of funk, all balanced by a bright, complex acidity.

On-draught @ their Balboa Park location.
Acidic twang, acetic acid, cherry pie flavour, tart sourness. Well attenuated, and a competent stab at the style coming from an American brewery, but assuredly a far cry from, say, Rodenbach's finer expressions of the style.
A bit too sour and twangy on the finish for the intended style, but luckily not too oak emphatic.
