White Elm Apricot Saison, 5.5% ABV. Pours slightly cloudy pale yellow with a 2+finger head that left no lacing. Nose is vaguely fruity with slight funk. Taste is apricot, pepper, a little funky, slightly salty, slightly sweet, no bitterness. Decent mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

A nice transparent golden glow with a fuzzy head of 2 fingers, fading quickly to a ring in my wine glass.
Aroma is of candied peach and apricot, almost like a juice drink. Faint beery graininess and slight peppery yeast behind it.
Flavor is very nice. Fresh, succulent apricots invade the palate, as if I just bit into one. Nice grain texture and flavor behind that, crackery and slightly bready, with the faintest hint of yeast phenol.
Feel is easy, light, crisp, and 90% clean. Impressive.
Overall, White Elm has been putting out some AMAZING beers lately. This is one of them. Fantastic execution.
