Pours golden with a yellow hue and a white head. Bubbles continually rising to top, lacing left on the sides. Aroma is bright and citric, both the sugars and the peel, with slight earthiness. Definitely citra hops going on in this thing. Very light malt presence to it, didn't get much yeast either. Flavor follows suit. A crisp, active mouthfeel with a nice clean & dry finish. Overall, Bow & Arrow have a winner here. Hopefully this is not a one and done, this would make for a wonderful addition to our beer scene. There really isn't anything else like this coming out from any of the other local breweries and would add to the nice choice of sessionable lagers locally available, like Marble's Pilsner, Bosque's Lager, La Cumbre's Beer.
