A: Massive white head over cloudy amber liquid.
S: Elderflower, tree sap, dandelion.
T: Funky earthiness with prickly pine and a dry floral finish.
F: Medium viscosity and dry finish.
O: Quite enjoyable and unique tasting. It tastes like a mixed ferment although the label says that stinging nettle, sorrel and elderflower are ingredients so who knows.
