Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of Brett notes with some dry vinous notes and some oak is pretty enjoyable. Taste is a balanced and drinkable mix of dry Brett notes with some subtle fruity ester with some oak, vinous and tart notes with a yeasty finish. Body is above average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable wine-barrel aged saison with excellent balance between flavours.
