This foeder blended sour was aged on Fieldhouse Farms berries and locally sourced fruit. Generous amounts of blackberry, current, gooseberry, jostaberries, and sea salt were added creating a unique sour profile with a savory finish.

500ml bottle served in a smallish snifter. Bottled in 2022.
Pours a clear amber-purple with almost no head and very little active carbonation. Smell is tart, funky, oaky, jammy.
Taste is screaming sour. Berry notes noticeable around the edges of the blast of sour. Oak and funk is there, in the background behind the berries.
Mouthfeel is very light, super dry. Overall...this is a very nice beer, but you better be ready for that barrage of sourness.
