On tap at the brewery,
The appearance was a fairly opaque yellow color with a slimness of a little white foaminess in the head. Lace seemed barely there.
The aroma had the sweet and the tarness of the blueberry flesh and skin up front seemingly freely flowing in a nice light cracker/white bread to semi-lager-like yeasty in it's blend.
The flavor was moderately sweet with a stifled tartness from the blueberry skin trying to make a light presence. Mild aftertaste of the blueberry flesh, a little bit of white wine and a touch of white bread.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt as projected. Smooth lager to bluberrry-like finish.
Overall, while this is a very good beer and keeping fairly true to lager form, I have to admit, I'd be more likely to reach for this during the Summer. Still, it's quite good.
