This “imperial” American brown ale is infused with red raspberries, giving the beer a deep mahogany color with red undertones much like the Red Dragon for which it is named. This beer’s complex flavor has a sharp fruity aroma with a dry finish.

From the 22 oz bomber in a snifter. This decent little brown
pours a muddled dark mahogany with a huge head of khaki foam
that lingers VERY LONG and shows some nice lacing. Nose of
tart raspberries and herbal honey malts. Flavors follow the nose
with tart raspberries and a more pronounced honey malt than the
nose with a touch of biscuit and earthy malts. Decent mouth feel;
medium body verging on medium light, medium carbonation that
is more than lively, and a lightly tart and subtly dry finish.

Overall, a nice little brown ale from a new to me brewery

Cheers
