Fool's Gold, NYC.
A- Cloudy yellow draft pour into a wine glass. Creamy foamy white cap. Half cm high with decent retention. Wide sheets of lace at the top after sips with webs drizzling below.
S- General citrus and stone fruits. Not juicy nectar. Mango tangerine and soft mandarin orange. The citrus is on the softer side without a heavy oily, zesty presence. Hops are medium strength but the star.
T- Shifts a bit to Clementine and tangerine juice with slight zesty grapefruit, mango, orange, apricot and peach. Soft and not sweet so much of a nectar effect. Floral and slight resin. Mostly the fruit hops like a mandarin popsicle. Cereal barley backdrop.
MF- Frothy and slight foamy texture. Medium level of carbonation. Ends with clean moderate bitterness. A bit thin.
Soft citrus and stone fruit popsicles. Just a bit thin. Not hop bomb or palate stripper.

Crowler filled at the brewery
Pours clouded, lighter, dullish brown with an orange hue....moderate off white cap leaves super fine lace on the glass and an equally fine film
Ripe fruited up nose with melon, grapefruit, pineapple and kiwi...yum
Glad to report there is much more of the same on the palate. Absolutely loaded with deliciousness, soft, fruity filled yummyness, I'm getting more kiwi and more ripe pineapple.... looking forward to a return visit to HVB...the few beers I have tried from them have all been awesome
