This is a marriage of pineapple and vanilla that creates a tart ale like no other. Best use of Vanilla in a sour I have ever tried. If this is the future of HRV, then sign me up for the future. Excellent beer.

Took my first trip to Hudson Valley this past weekend and I will certainly be back. Great brewery - friendly vibe and tasty brews. I had heard their Sour/Wild Ale game was on point and it sure is. This beer poured a light golden/yellow color with wonderful aroma. Very well balanced with just the right amount of Tartness. Some many flavors going on here. Fantastic beer, well done.
