Sour Watermelon IPA, hopped in the kettle with Citra & Simcoe, dry-hopped w/ Citra powder, and conditioned on an unimaginable amount of watermelon.

I'm always sort of skeptical about sour IPAs, but this is a nice change of pace. It's definitely not overwhelmingly sour, but there is a distinct tart character. I actually get a ton of ruby red grapefruit on the nose and taste. The watermelon notes are present but subtle. Memory Level is juicy throughout, finishes dry, and is way more crushable than I expected.
