The tap pour is opaque and yellow with a wisp of visible carbonation and an aroma of tropical fruit and vanilla.
The flavor follows the nose. Rich and full of passionfruit with a vanilla influence.
All flavors persist in the finish. The tartness is pleasant and minimal.
This is superb.

Pours cascading hazed body with lace climbing up the glass and lasting. (Just as this one climbs in the ratings!)
Act 25's 3d from Hudson Valley, where I used to live and cycle in Rhinebeck. Agreed it's a great brunch beer, better than any Mimosa.
s) Sweetness and tartness battle. Bit of vanilla
t) Bursts of mango, tart fruit, floral, sour with ample balancing sweetness and bready grain.
f) Feels like mango/passionfruit puree in champagne.
o) The best I've had from Hudson Valley.

Perhaps the perfect brunch beer -- the sweetness and tartness from the passionfruit work really well alongside the vanilla yogurt character from the kettle souring and vanilla beans. Looks like mango/passionfruit puree. Has the mouthfeel of it, too. Not cloying or puckering. One of the best I've had from Hudson Valley

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of vanilla are present in the nose along with hints of passion fruit and citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell but has a light to moderate amount of sourness and additional notes of milk sugars with hints of grapefruit and lime citrus. The hops also contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of vanilla and milk sugars in this beer makes it more of a sour dessert DIPA than just a sour DIPA. It is quite easy to drink, especially since it isn't all that sour overall.
