On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a moderately hazy light orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like crisp grapefruit, orange, grassy hops, and light malt.
It's nice to see that these guys can make clean IPAs really well, too. It's not quite as good as some of their sour science experiments, but it does present some delicate and tasty hop flavors- orange, tangerine, and grapefruit, with a crisp grassiness, a little bit of pine, and some very light malt sweetness.
This is light bodied, crisp and clean, with a very high level of drinkability.
I'm digging this. These guys are slowly exploding.
