16 oz can, dated 3/28/18, poured into a teku
A- A hazy golden straw color with small white head.
S- Sour, earthy, peppermint, some citrus/grapefruit, some chocolate.
T- Tons of peppermint, almost too much, tart lemons, some citrus hops, some grapefruit, touch of chocolate.
M- Smooth, creamy, medium body.
O- An solid sour from Hudson Valley, definitely a peppermint bomb. Some of the flavors don’t fully come together, but works as a whole.

You get some nice aromas on the nose but it's mostly bullied out by the peppermint. The taste is the same, mostly peppermint and white chocolate, but I do get just a touch of tart grapefruit in there. Turbid and not really a pleasant looking beer, but that isn't why these are liked. Pleasingly tart, but the peppermint butts in again... not really a fan of this one at all.
