On tap at Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon, NY.
This one pours a vibrant pinkish-red color, hazy and opaque, with a small head and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like plum candy, dark red grapes, sour raspberry, red wine, and jam.
This feels less like an IPA than the other Purelake variant, but it's still very delicious. There's lot of jammy dark fruit in here, with dark grape flavors, tannic red wine, pink grapefruit, and raspberry jam, with a tight and light acidity that just rolls off the tongue.
This is light bodied, clean and very creamy, with a good level of carbonation/.
This is a slight step down from the Viognier, but it's still a superb beer all around.
