Appearance: Pours the color of pink lemonade, thick and cloudy, with a one finger peach toned head; good retention with speckles and shards of lace
Smell: Tart, bitter and slightly funky, with the red currant tones more prominent than the guava; there is a lemon/lime tone, as well
Taste: Tart red currant flavors, from the outset, with a growing lemon/lime bitterness; the guava and lactose add some sweetness and milky tones but cannot match the tart and bitter aspect; puckery finish
Mouthfeel: Thick bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: A lot of fruit here but slightly out of balance; that is a quibble, however, as this is quite good
