Really nice hazy appearance. Sort of darker, muddy orange in the middle. Thin lacing.
Smell is subtle coffee, pineapple and caramel.
Taste is creamy pineapple, subtle coffee and caramel. Just a fantastic pineapple fruit smoothie. Wish the other adjuncts were more apparent but still very tasty.
Feel is thick and luscious. Much better than orb weaver's body IMO

when cold, definitely would have not guessed the adjuncts. as it warms the aroma is straight creamy, sticky caramel, pineapple flesh for days, detecting some mild earthy coffee roast. palate is straight pineapple juice, pulpy blood orange, vanilla insanely juicy and complex, sweet, creamy ... caramel is there much more overt on the nose, whereas tastewise its just a nice creamy sweetness. mellow coffee is there as it warms a bit more. this one is fluffy and smooth throughout with an incredibly interesting aroma and flavor profile.

On tap at Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon, NY.
This one pours a a very hazy golden orange color, with a small white head, and not much lacing.
There's a lot in here, but I don't quite get all of it. I get a lot of creamy and slightly sour pineapple, with some creamy vanilla, and the usual sour citrusy mimosa thing you get in nearly all of these beers. There's a touch of dark caramel on the nose, too. I don't really get the coffee or coconut, unfortunately.
I definitely want more coffee here, as I think that flavor would work really well with everything else that's going on. As the beer warms, I get a bit of fruity coffee, but it's quite subtle. I get absolutely no coconut, but a lot of pineapple and caramel. There's a very creamy finish, almost as if you had added creamer to a mimosa.
This is creamy and really drinkable, with a slick finish. It ends relatively cleanly despite all the junk thrown in here.
I wish I got all of the added flavors here, but it's still a tasty nonetheless.
