Pours a really pretty raspberry blush with an off white head of 1 finger. Recedes to 1/4 finger before dissolving completely.
Aroma of sour vinegar fruits (berries) and slight musty hops. Some funk and urine.
Flavor is good not great. Some dragonfruit and bright red berry notes, in fact some cranberry even; some sour funky musty notes, and slight citrus hop.
Feel is creamy and acidic, has a good carbonation.
Overall a decent sour IPA but not as good as their other ones I've had in the past.

Appearance: Pours a hazy pink lemonade color with a massive, three finger pink head; great persistence and splashy lacing
Smell: Dragon fruit with a light citrusy, floral aroma
Taste: Dragon fruit forward, with the preponderant tone being sweet; just a hint of sourness along with a floral, citrusy element in the middle; the finish is on the sweet side but not cloying
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Thus far, my experience with Hudson Valley is that they really know how to handle the sweeter tropical fruit flavors - a few more to go through in my fridge
Thanks, devoured by vermin, for the opportunity
