Natalie is a sour farmhouse ale brewed with local wildflower honey and chamomile flowers and aged in oak for 12 months. This beer is bottle conditioned with champagne yeast, so please open cold, pour carefully, and expect some sediment.

So good. Very refreshing. Wax cap. Beautiful and light at 6%. Not too fruity or anything - you can taste the honey. Very wild. Great for a warm day.
