No canning date (released on 6/11/20, so presumably canned within a few days of that date)

Pours a clear golden straw body capped with a finger and a half of off-white foam; decent head retention leaves a vague, spotty cap, slight, frothy collar, and no lacing clinging to the glass.

Aroma is zesty and tropical upfront, with hints of musty grain phasing into lemon oils and bright lime zest over time; fresh, pulpy orange highlights over the middle as a touch of lacto funk evolves across the bouquet and a slight, crackery malt fades through the close.

Taste features mandarin orange spread thinly upfront and fading over the mid-palate; nectarine skins, peach and other suggestions of stone fruit add wisps of nuance before lemon takes hold almost completely on the back end through the finish; crackery tones linger past the swallow.

Mouthfeel brings a light body, thinning steadily, along with a moderate, spritzy carbonation; an underlying gritty hop texture brings a soft depth to a largely slick mid-palate, which also sees a delicate tartness progress subtly; carbonation flattens slightly on the back end and leaves a semi-wet finish as a minor acidity lingers past the swallow.

Maybe a product of a 2 month-old can, but any hint of hops to this one has faded entirely; the result is a tart, funky little beer, moderately fruit-forward and prominent in mostly basic lemony citrus tones; refreshing, if unspectacular.

Appearance - The beer was straw yellow from the can with a white head crowning the glass.

Smell - Tart peaches dominated the nose with definite peach skin.

Taste - The label said Mandarin orange, but I was made to think peach. I guess if Mandarin is sour it could be like peach. The carbonation made me think I was drinking a wine spritzer. There was a higher level of acidity in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - The thin body was highlighted by aggressive carbonation.

Overall - I saw this labeled as a sour IPA. I did not get the IPA part.

16 ounces, fresh from the source today...I can find no dating info on the can.

Pours out a light with a pineapple/lime juice hue, fully hazed , minimal head, no lacing left behind.

Light lime infused fruity sniff.

Bright, flavorful, crisp...quite sour with puckering lime, grapefruit, pineapple coming to mind....not gonna be for everybody cuz this is about an 8/10 on my sour scale.
