L - Nearly opaque, looks exactly like sparkling beet lemonade
S - All cherry, reminiscent of certain cough drops, sure, but still a delight on each sip, definitely another complex element, perhaps the pistachios and/or hops in the mix.
T - Just tart enough to counter the sweetness perfectly
F - Somewhat thick, syrupy, yet still pleasant.
This is quite a beer, being 8% I honestly didn't think I was going to enjoy it but it somehow is frighteningly drinkable and even refreshing. How they pulled this off I don't know. A high octane version of New Glarus Cherry -- its that good.

A: Vibrant beet red coloration. Light magenta head.
S: Vanilla labnah that brings out the sweetness of the pistachios. Not the straight roasted pistachio in a shell, but more like a pint of pistachio ice cream from the local roadside creamery. Lemon-lime Pez candy, fresh cut white peaches, melon sorbet, and on-the-pit cherries round up this summery tinged treat.
M: Medium bodied with a pillowy soft feel. Very airy, so much so, that the dryness is the only thing I detect even though I took a full sip.
T: Tart fruit character. Cherry lemonade. Here, the pistachios are less refined, more like a dusting atop your favorite summer pome fruit. Melted blue jolly ranchers that end up sour and herbal with a dose of matcha. Overall, very natural tasting and the flavors are superbly balanced. Could it end up tasting like cherry cough syrup under less than ideal conditions. Maybe? But the best I've had from them since Ambio.
