On tap at Hudson Valley Brewery in Beacon, NY.
This one pours a light rusted orange color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like super musty funk, lemon, overripe pear, lime, stone fruit, white wine, and oak.
This is extremely sour and funky, but I do like it. It kind of reminds me of like white peach balsamic vinegar, the kind you get at one of those F. Oliver's olive oil/vinegar sampling stores. There's also white wine, oak, lime, and lots of musty, prickly, and "dirty" funk.
This is light bodied, with a prickly and sharp carbonation. It's definitely a slow sipper due to the intensity.
This might not be for everybody, but it really worked for me.

Bottle from the brewery in Beacon NY. Pours a clear light gold with a finger of bubbly white head that sticks around, decent lacing, smell is big musty white grapes, funky sparking white wine, white table bread, sour grains, hints of funky cheese, lemon peel, green apple slices, oak, and grass, taste follows the nose with deeply musty white wine, sour apple skin, floral honey, pollen, hints of herbal tea, lychee, and oak, feel is light and bright, finishes dry, medium acidity. A clean, beautiful, and complex grape forward elixir. Yurm!
