Farmhouse Lager brewed with organic Lion's Mane, Shiitake, and Oyster mushrooms grown in New Paltz, NY. Hopped with Hallertau blanc, and can-conditioned for 3 months. Brewed in collaboration with the team at Proletariat & Third Kingdom.

Pretty unassuming looking lager. Very funky. The funk is very apparent in the nose and the taste. There is a bit of a sour edge to it which is not surprising coming from HVB. Decent brew overall.
