Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a two finger head; splashy lacing
Smell: Lemony and vinous, with funk and oaky tones
Taste: Lemony and astringent, with a vinous white wine character building; funky, through the middle, with an oaky finish; the lemon tones linger into the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: The tartness here is really building after one year in the bottle; interesting but becoming a bit one dimensional
