Cloudy amber brew with foam sticking to the glass. Nose of mango and orange. The inviting slushy mouthfeel starts this out so much better than the usual acidic murk bombs. Just enough sweetness in the plentiful malt. A touch of stems and seeds in the finish, but not overly astringent. Fruity flavors predominate, with payapa, orange, and pineapple. If every Mosaic brew were this good it would be you favorite hop.
Hop flavors are clean and the lush sensation as you sip is a winning combination. Just a modest bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall this is a superior New England-style IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Canned on 08/17/20 (stamped on bottom).

Spent way too much money on a bunch of beer from North Park Beer Company, Windmill Farms and Bine & Vine. Woof. Had kind of mapped out this one a few days prior though when I saw it at Bine & Vine (first checked Windmill Farms because it would’ve been cheaper, but no dice). Back of the can read, “Brewed with 100% Mosaic hops, this vibrant & juicy hazy IPA packs a powerful punch of passion fruit, pineapple and tangerine flavor.” My favorite hop and a pretty good brewery, so expecting good things from it.
Poured a medium yellow hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Lots of bubbles streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled Mosaic, pineapple, tangerine, mixed berry, passion fruit, guava, mango blossom, floral, stone fruit and bubblegum. From the can got Mosaic, mango and guava mainly. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste wasn’t quite as good as the nose. In order got Mosaic, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, mixed berry, guava, mango blossom, passion fruit, floral, stone fruit, grass and bubblegum. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just an excellent beer overall. Will be having more of this in the future. (Overall - 4.25)

Appearance: Arrives hazy and honey colored with a small head: plenty of lacing hangs around
Smell: Mango, papaya and berries
Taste: Mango forward with papaya and berries rounding out the fruit; slightly dank, in the middle, with a tropical fruit cocktail finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Bright and juicy with just enough bitterness
