A complex beer that perfectly uses chamomile to create beautiful floral notes. Lactic tartness with a round, full mouth feel. Delicious, I could drink this all day.

Been holding on to this one.
Pale hay hue with a full and productive initial head ending with a fine lace around the rim.
Citrus and camomile predominantly with grassiness and mango follow up.
One of my favourites from their opening and still solid!

Hazed golden honey colour, one finger of white head with very good lace. Smell is fruity and floral, spicy with a light underlying funk as well, perfume and big chunks of pineapple are present as well. Taste is tart with moderate sourness upfront, lemon and tart green apple skins, funky and floral, spicy mid palate, lingering light acidity and tartness. Very nice, definitely something I enjoyed much more than I thought I was going to.

Got on trade! 500ml bottle served at 4deg C in a tulip glass

A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that films out within 2-3mins or so. Nice medium gold colour and unfiltered

S- Nice sourness and floral hints

T- Sour. These guys are making some nice sours. After the initial hit subsides the chamomile is there for sure. Nice blend. Good to see the blends are getting more complex.

M- Tart and dry

O- Very good brew. Wish I had access to more of these good sours. Will buy again

Food Pairing

This nice little brew went well with...... BBQ shrimp on skewers. Garlic, olive oil, pepper, basil and marinade for 3hrs or so with a touch of lime juice. High and hard on the BBQ

Enjoy
