Unique combination of sweet and sour. Definitely need to be a fan of the sour style but the honey adds a prominent flavor presence that balances nicely.

Got on trade! 500ml bottle served in a tulip glass
A- Opens well and pours a 1/2" high white head that films out within 2-3 minutes or so. Nice medium gold colour and a translucent hue as well. Unfiltered
S- Nice sourness. Citrus
T- Sour. Once that calms down the honey starts to come through nicely. A slight lemon taste
M- Dry and tart
O- Nice brew. Has a one sidedness to it though. Will buy again. Nice break
Food Pairing
This nice little brew went well with...... Chicharon or otherwise known as pork cracklings. The savory contrasts the sour nicely
