Served from a chilled bottle to a tulip.
Pours clear golden straw in colour. Head formation is good but peters out to near still. Smells of white wine, green grapes and mild citrus. Strong tart bite. Sparkling carbonation on a littler body. Overall a great sour deserving of being one of the top sours in Canada.

Hazy straw, pours a nice head, leaves some lace.
Chardonnay grapes, gooseberry and subtle earthy aroma. Light leathery funk with a hint of dankness from the hops.
A little heavy on the lactic acidity, but also some leathery funk. Wine-like flavours of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and gooseberry. Subtle earth tones, modest bitterness. Why so tart.
Moderate body has plent of acidity and a crisp, somewhat drying finish.
