Table Farmhouse Ale with Jasmine Green Tea, Juniper Berries & Lime Zest. 375ml.
Table Farmhouse Ale aged for six months with Brettanomyces and later additions of Jasmine Green Tea, Juniper Berries & Lime Zest. The base is German Pilsner malt along with some Spelt & Flaked Rye to round out the body. Generously hopped with Denali, Hallertau Blanc & Sterling.
A pale blond beer with a soft and silky body, frothy carb and a pillowy head. The fragrance is dewy and soft brett funk. Juniper, lime, and faint hops add to the aromatics. The flavour is delicate and balanced; floral jasmine, lime, cedar, light citrus with a subtle earthy funk. A crisp and refreshing table beer with a gentle tartness in the finish makes for an elegant springtime farmhouse ale.
