Beer: Brew Berrymore Strawberry Wheat
On Draft
The nose comes across as very sweet and almost perfectly strawberry shortcake. This beer tasted exactly like strawberries. It's also, not cloying sweet like some strawberry beers can be. The mouthfeel does leave a little wanting -- it seems slightly thin which makes the carbonation a little exaggerated.
Overall, this is finally a strawbery beer that I can order more than one of, if it were bottled I could easily make my way through a six-pack without worrying about type-II sugar-rush.
