Had this at the Brooklyn brewery tasting room. Draft into plastic cup (unfortunately). Besides that great beer and great saison. I liked this better than the sorachi ACE. A unique take on Belgian saision. Nice cloudy dark yellow cold wih medium carbonation. Perfect balance of lemon with other spices like cardomon. I believe it was around 5.5%. Just a great combo of flavors wih being drinkable.

Creamy white head look nice. Clear medium gold color. Lot of carbonation bubbles. Nice look. Complies with style guidelines.
Smell and taste are good. Taste is a bit more complex and interesting. Nice sweet and flowery honey notes with moderate cardamom that gives it a nice spice to it. Hop bitterness is a nice citrus that mixes well dark lemons. Lemons are light and come out when beer warms. Really good sugar note that mixes well with bread yeast note. Smell is more citrus and yeast than anything else.
Tickling carbonation gives beer a fuzzy feeling to a medium but light body. Smooth.
Pretty good and unique saison. One of the more complex ones and worth getting at the brewery. Go for it.
