I have added this beer myself. I saw it at a seafood restaurant in NYC and had never heard of it. Apparently it is a limited edition brew and a collaboration with the billion oyster project; http://www.billionoysterproject.com
It poured a clear straw with a bubbly sudsy head. Some fruitiness and malty sweetness in the aroma and taste. Mid palate some mild herbal and spicy hops bitterness makes its presence felt. It also takes on some briny qualities which can be explained by the fact that this beer is brewed with oysters. The fact that I paired it with oysters added to the experience. The body is mostly light. Overall, a nice and refreshing beer.
