A kettle soured saison with a complex, multi-grain malt bill. This beer was made with spelt, oats, wheat, puffed wild rice and buckwheat, the soured with a house lacto blend. Tart and savory!

From 10oz snifter and a growler full to go for later.
Kettle soured, aka open fermented.
Cloudy honey color. Fabulious funky smell. Tastes tart with subtitle citrus notes. Gets more complex and sour as it warms. Slightly hoppy. Only downside is lack of carbonation. Increadible beer never the less. very impressed by this batch. Nice to see some open fermentation being tried. Best NOLA beer I've had so far. New Orleans funk liquified!
