a little more of a robust pils here than their paradise park, a little more traditional too, more of a noble hop complexion and less of the fruity new school character, also a bit more substantial in terms of the grain flavor and the body from it, but its still light relatively speaking, its dry and crisp and refreshing, and nice with oysters, refreshing in the heat, and very well made overall. bright yellow straw colored with a tall white head on it, lasting and bubbly the whole time. aroma of noble hops, grass and spice, a little lemon too, and the doughy earthy pils malt, more as german as it is czech to me here. simple but clean in the flavor, a nice mineral profile in the water here coming through, crackery dry pils malt, a little leafy greenness to the hops, a bright complexion, fresh and easy. great carbonation and very dry, a really solid can of beer. we had this with a number of different seafood courses and it seemed to work well with all of them. craft lager is where its at right now, and this is a mighty good one!
