Sour wheat aged in white wine barrels on peach and apricot puree. Bottle conditioned with our house Brettanomyces culture.

Poured a super hazy orange with moderate white foam. Big sour wheat base with apricot, peach and orange notes following. Juicy, wheaty, sour all at once with some dryness to finish from the wine. So much going on, verging on almost too much going on. Wood is completely lost, but juice makes you not care too much. Different to say the least, fun for summertime.
