Playful Waters

Playful Waters was brewed with our dear friends from Cruz Blanca out of Chicago. These dudes are cranking out some of the best beers in the city, so we were very excited to have them down in New Orleans! Playful Waters is a nod to both of our cities being impacted by lakes and rivers and how beautiful it is when we can turn water into a delicious beer! We decided to make a solid, dry hopped mango Brut IPA. Brewed with pilsner malts, a touch of flaked rice, wheat and some Vienna malt to give this drier beer a sturdy base for the hops to do their thing. We added Lemondrop hops in the kettle, to give a punch of lemon and citrus tang. Then dry hopped with Meridian and Cryo Mosaic; tons of dank tropical notes, mango and rich berry fill the glass! Playful Waters explodes with layers and layers of flavor and finishes dry!
