Brewed in collaboration w/ Haas Hop Company. Oat heat DIPA w/ Sabro & Cirta Incognito & Fresh Crop Citra pellet in the Whirlpool. Dry-hopped w/ Sabro & BRU-1. Conditioned on Raspberry & Banana.

Pours a very cloudy, murky looking peach type color with a finger width foamy head that dissipates quickly. Retention is decent. Lacing is good. I get mainly raspberry in the aroma. More acidic raspberry taste with some banana in the background. Has a mild bitter bite at the end. Not sure what to think of this. It is not horrible, but raspberry works better with a sour or wild ale. There is a fruited sour quality to it. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
