Our version of Coastal Harmony was hopped with Comet, Citra and El Dorado. Sweet tropical fruits and bursts of citrus dominate this DIPA.

Had Coastal Harmony poured from pint can, bottom stamped "PKG ON: 10/08/20 COASTAL 2," into nonic pint.
An ugly beer like Heady is an ugly beer: floaties in a bright-gold liquid, with a huge head and beautiful lacing. Aroma is mild hop resin, some citrus and a bit of dankness as warms. On drinking, it's an unremarkable but fine citrusy experience, over definite mild malt, with a crisp, lemony but not bitter finish.

16 fl oz can ran a wallet-raping $5.29 USD at a Total Wine & More in Metairie, Louisiana.
A: Body is LOADED with yeasty floaters/lees to such extent it's off-putting. Looks like a dull pulpy lifeless mess...
Sm: Pulp, citrus, fruit, floral hop aromatics, 2-row/pale malt, tangerine, orange.
Aromatic intensity is average for the style. Promises an easy drinking IIPA with a decent but not dazzling hop profile.
T: Candied fruit with a tropical & citrusy bend. Tangerine, orange, candied orange peel, pineapple, mango, melon.
I don't love the hop profile, and the beer drinks too sweet for an IIPA. Depth of flavour is wanting.
Mf: Smooth, medium to full-bodied, wet, unrefreshing, well carbonated.
O: A decent drinkable IIPA, but it's far from top tier and its hop profile doesn't really astound. A worse version of the tropically focused IIPAs lining shelves coast to coast (most of which also cost less). More mediocrity from one of New Orlean's most overrated breweries.
