Under its short head surrounded by a thin chain is a lightly foggy yet mostly clear pale white gold body that's so pale it's almost a sort of greenish-white.
Uniquely herbal and faintly toasty, it's almost like a white wine, but without the booze and also without any fruity sweetness. It's very unusual.
The medium body is frothy and finishes paper dry.
